Summary:

The super: Landlord Louie Kritski's apartment house is considered squalid. The less he does to improve the building, the more he stands clear when the rent comes due. But that's before a judge orders Louie to live in his own rundown property and shape it up ... or ship out to jail.

With honors: Convinced he'll graduate with honors because of his thesis paper, a stuffy Harvard student finds his paper being held hostage by a homeless man, who might be the guy to school the young man in life.
